Prenatal class info

Our one day prenatal class includes registration for both you and your support person. We recommend attending a prenatal class when you're between 28 and 35 weeks pregnant. Please feel free to if you have any questions. We can help you decide which class is best for you.

Testimonial ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“Down to Birth was exactly what we were looking for as expecting first time parents. Alison and Marlene are so warm and generous, we felt welcome and at ease right away and none of our questions felt silly with them. It was a super informative day (perfect for our difficult schedules) that I would happily take again as a refresher for a second pregnancy. We feel much more educated, prepared and informed of our options now, plus my partner feels more secure and aware of his role in the pregnancy, birth and postnatal periods. Thank you so much for teaching us about ourselves and our baby!”
